Temp to perm, short for temporary to permanent employment, is a contract in which the dispatched worker is employed at the client company for a specified period of time, under the supposition that they will later be directly employed by that company. When the period of temporary employment ends, upon agreement by both the employee and the company, the worker will be directly employed by the company.
The maximum period for temporary employment is 6 months. On average, the contract length for temporary employment is around 3 months.

In this system, a work dispatch agreement is made between Arrowfield as the staffing agency, and the client.
Based on this work dispatch agreement, Arrowfield and the worker enter into a staffing relationship.
Regardless of the client, the worker's renumeration and benefits are all handled by Arrowfield as the staffing agency and employer.
However, this staffing relationship takes effect from when the worker starts working at the client company,rather than when the worker registers for staffing.
The worker will then work at the client company based on the terms of the work agreement, and follow the work instructions given by the client company.
